                          Team Building

            A Game Show like no other!

Guests will learn about different personality types and then be put in Teams and compete against each other (Friendly Competition) in rounds of unique challenges, for Points and Team Prizes.

OVERVIEW:  Using Team Bonding techniques we strive to teach participants to Learn to resolve conflicts that are usually rooted in misunderstanding and teach people how to better support each other and better understand and service their clients

Guests are put into I of 4 Teams:

 Red Team (Direct Personality)

 Blue Team (Paced Personality)

 Green Team (Extroverted Personality)

 Yellow Team (Structured Personality)

                     Overview of different Personality types is explained.

ROUND 1:  ICE BREAKER (Fun Activity)

Walla Balla/Wango Tango/People Bingo: We will use 1, 2 , 3 or more fun activities to warm the group up.

             OBJECTIVE: It's OK to have FUN - Fun leads to creativity.

ROUND 2: TRIVIA: Team Activity

Teams will be given a sheet with 10 questions.  Points are awarded for every correct answer within the allotted time period.

             OBJECTIVE: Team Bonding/Knowledge sharing

ROUND 3: NAME THAT TUNE: Individual &Team

Reps are chosen at random to go one on one with our Host in a multiple-choice section. Contestants have the opportunity to answer themselves or consult with their Team Mates.

             OBJECTIVE: Team Trust

ROUND 4: HUMAN OBSTACLE COURSE: Team Activity

One Team member is blindfolded the other is designated the guide and the rest of the Teams forms an obstacle course. Rules no touching and the words forward back left and right must be replaced with code words!

             OBJECTIVE: COMMUNICATION/TRUST

     (Team members must learn to listen in a new way)

ROUND 5:  PERSONALITY PARADE

Our Actors will take turns addressing the audience with short monologues. Teams will be given 15 seconds to decide which personality trait the Actor most possesses. (Direct, Paced, Extroverted or Structured) Points will be awarded for each correct assessment.

      OBJECTIVE: Observational Skills, Communication, and Team Work
