Team Building with Johnnie & Cocoa

Dear John, Cocoa, and Kathy Reed Productions,

On behalf of the Novartis Salvado team, I would like to say thank you for making the November 20 Salvado Team Building event such a success. Your planning, coordination and execution of the "Cooking with Johnny and Cocoa" activity was well done and very well received. My team thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I received many compliments back at the office. Although we were exhausted, the laughter was a great dose of medicine for us all. Again, thank you for all your efforts.

Cocoa will greet your guests as they enter, while Johnnie walks the crowd entertaining the guests with a little one on one Jersey charm. After mingling, guests are put into Teams and lead to their table and become part of the fun as Johnnie and Cocoa explain the rules of the Game:

First Challenge: Each Team is given blank Aprons and Colored markers and told to come up with a Team Name and logo. The Most creative Apron design wins.

Second Challenge: You'll never look at food or teambuilding quite the same, as Cocoa and Johnny keep the guests in stitches with comedy in our fast paced Food & Wine Trivia Challenge

Third Challenge: A head Chef will be designated for each Team and brought over to the Food Challenge Secret Ingredients Table (The Secret Ingredients Table will be stocked with all the necessary food Items to create their culinary masterpieces). Head Chefs will then be given 1 minute to bring back all necessary ingredients. The Challenge: Each team must come up with 4 different hors d'oeuvres/appetizers before time runs out! (Johnnie and Cocoa will judge and give points on taste, presentation, and creativity) All guess will of course enjoy all the hors d'oeuvres together.

Main Course Served

Fourth Challenge: Name the ingredients: The Challenge: Team members will sample different pieces of chocolate. They will be told to list as many of the ingredients as they can.

Final Challenge: Teams will design and decorate sheet cakes for the dessert course. (Johnnie and Cocoa will judge and give points on taste, presentation, and creativity) All guests will of course enjoy the decadent sweets.

Points will be tallied and one team will be named Food Challenge Champions and Team Prizes will be awarded.

Program includes:

4 hour Team Building Program (Including Food and wine trivia section)
Two Professional Comedy Improv Actors/Hosts (Yes, they can also cook!)
Aprons - Chef Hats for Team Captains
Sanitary Gloves (non Latex)
All food ingredients (cold and packaged) & mixing bowls.

Team Food Challenge: A' la Carte

(Team Bonding with Johnnie & Cocoa)

Team Food Challenge A' la Carte is an alternative option to our full Program. In this version the Host Facility will be providing the food ingredients, utensils, cooking stations, dedicated chef, etc. Guest will be preparing their own main course (With the option of also preparing Appetizers and a cake decorating portion) Johnnie and Cocoa will host and facilitate to the degree of your choosing.

ONE COURSE: Johnnie and Cocoa will meet and greet and entertain the guests as they enter. They will also host and facilitate the rest of the evening, commentating on all the culinary proceedings and act as judges for all the Food Tasting segments. (3 hours)

TWO COURSES: Johnnie and Cocoa will meet and greet and entertain the guests as they enter. They will provide Blank Aprons and markers and have guests design their own Aprons with Team names and logos.(Make great take home souvenirs) They will also host and facilitate the rest of the evening, commentating on all the culinary proceedings and acting as judges for all the Food Tasting segments. (3 hours)

THREE COURSES: Johnnie and Cocoa will meet and greet and entertain the guests as they enter. They will provide Blank Aprons and markers and have guests design their own Aprons with Team names and logos .They will also host and facilitate the rest of the evening, commentating on all the culinary proceedings and acting as judges for all the Food Tasting segments. Johnnie and Cocoa will also run a Food and Wine Trivia Challenge and a Chocolate Tasting challenge.
