CHALLENGE
Team Building Hollywood Style!


(3 part custom designed

PART 1 –CREATE COMMERCIAL
All Event participants work for the XYZ Advertising Company. The
company has been given a daunting task. They must design, create and shoot a TV
Commercial for a fictitious client, (Us) in a very short amount of time. In
order to increase the odds of success we have broken the company into sub
Teams utilizing the diverse strengths of all Team members. Each sub-Team has 4
departments.

◘ Finance
Each sub-Team will work on the same task simultaneously (Obviously
with different and interesting results). Each department must work together
in the time allotted to create aTV Commercial.
Needless to say, lines of communication will be key! This Exercise is designed
to be creative, challenging, informative and fun.

PART
2 – TAPING THE COMMERCIALS
Option 1: Teams
perform completed commercials for the group as they are videotaped. All Commercials are
edited by us for presentation the following day over lunch.
PART 3 - COMMERCIAL VIDEO PRESENTATION
Our MC will open the session, moderate, and introduce each Team
Captain, who will in turnintroduce their own Team’s Commercial, prior to viewing, during
lunch. Teams will be instructedhow to vote (of course they may not vote for their own Team).
Votes will be tallied and awardspresented for the Best Team Commercial!
